Das KZ Kemna gehört zu den frühen Konzentrationslagern aus der Formierungsphase des nationalsozialistischen Staates. Nach Auflösung des KZ wurde das Gelände wieder industriell genutzt und es erfolgten umfangreiche Umbauten. Jetzt soll es zu einem Gedenk- und Lernort umgestaltet werden. Neben den baulichen Maßnahmen (Rückbau, Freilegung historischer Bestandteile, Herrichtung für eine öffentliche Nutzung), die gesondert vergeben werden, geht es bei der Ausschreibung hier um die Vergabe der Leistung, die Gebäude und das Gelände als Gedenkort, Ausstellungsort und Lernort zu gestalten. Hierzu wird mit dieser Ausschreibung ein erfahrenes Büro im Bereich der Ausstellungsgestaltung und -planung gesucht. Es werden die Kernleistungen nach HOAS (2) über alle Leistungsphasen vergeben, dazu einige besondere Leistungen, u.a. im Bereich Corporate Design.
