Der zu beauftragende Leistungsumfang beinhaltet die Erstellung einer vollständigen Planung für den Neubau eines Reallabors für unterschiedliche Nutzergruppen (z. B. Labore, Werkstätten, Büros, Plug & Playflächen). Die Objektplanung mit den Leistungsbildern Gebäude/Innenräume und der Tragwerksplanung soll für die Leistungsphasen 1-8 gemäß der zurzeit gültigen HOAI erbracht werden. Planungsgrundlage bildet die Aufgabenbeschreibung. Die Aufgabenstellung beinhaltet erste Ideen der Stadt zur Umsetzung der gewünschten Gebäudeanforderungen. Die äußeren Gebäudeabmessungen und die Einordnung im Grundstück ergeben sich durch das Raum- und Flächenprogramm. Weitere Informationen sind der Aufgabestellung zu entnehmen.
