De afname en de verwerking van oud papier en karton conform de voorwaarden voor de uitvoering van de opdracht zoals beschreven in het programma van eisen dat in bijlage 3 van de inschrijvingsleidraad is opgenomen. In hoofdlijnen gaat het om het innemen, overslaan (overslaan, sorteren, upgraden en persen van het OPK), transporteren, verwerken en vermarkten van het OPK. Circa 2.000 ton per jaar.
