Le marché concerne l’acquisition de matériel hydraulique de désincarcération et est constitué des éléments suivants : o les outils : 2 x écarteurs hydrauliques ; 2 x cisailles hydrauliques ; 2 x cisailles hydrauliques pour fer à béton ; 2 x coins d’écartement en fonctionnement hydraulique ; o les systèmes hydrauliques : 2 groupes « moteur-pompe » pour alimentation de 2 outils de désincarcération, portatifs à pression de fonctionnement > 700 bar, permettant de faire fonctionner les deux outils simultanément ; 2 groupes « moteur-pompe » pour 1 outil, portatifs à pression de fonctionnement > 700 bar, permettant de faire fonctionner un outil ; 8 x tuyaux hydrauliques de 20 m à raccords rapides pour fixer les outils hydrauliques sur chaque sortie hydraulique des groupes « moteur-pompe » o 2 x sets de housses pour protéger la personne à désincarcérer et les intervenants. Les quantités reprises ci-dessus sont donc à répartir équitablement entre les unités opérationnelles de Crisnée et de Brasschaat.
