L'opération concerne la réhabilitation et résidentialisation en site occupé de 132 logements collectifs répartis dans un bâtiment composé de 3 entrées : 1, 3 et 5 rue de Dijon à Besançon. Le site est inscrit au Plan Stratégique de Patrimoine de Loge GBM. L'opération porte principalement sur la réhabilitation énergétique des logements, l'amélioration du confort d'usage, la mise à niveau des équipements techniques, la sécurisation des ouvrages et la résidentialisation du site. La résidentialisation du site constitue un enjeu majeur de l'opération, tant sur le plan urbain que sur le plan des usages et du fonctionnement quotidien des résidents. Le projet vise à améliorer durablement les performances du bâti, notamment par le traitement de l'enveloppe, l'amélioration de la ventilation, la réhabilitation ciblée des logements et la requalification des parties communes et des espaces extérieurs.
