Echipamentul "Analizor de rezistivitate cu formula van der Pauw " trebuie să permită măsurări de precizie de rezistivitate în 4 puncte pe structuri plane – folie sau wafer, a căror grosime este mult mai mică decât lungimea și lățimea, inclusiv măsurări prin tehnica Van der Pauw. Echipamentul "Analizor de rezistivitate cu formula van der Pauw " trebuie să includă următoarele părți principale: a) Stand cu sonda de masurare rezistivitate in patru puncte; b) Platforma X-Y de micropozitionare pentru probe de mici dimensiuni, detasabila. c) Unitate electronica de testare specializata. d) Kit de rezistoare pentru verificarea calibrarii Unitatii electronice de testare. e) Probe de referinta pentru verificarea functionarii Analizorului de rezistivitate cu formula van der Pauw.
