Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Generalplanungsleistungen der Leistungsphase 5 (Ausführungsplanung) gemäß HOAI für die bautechnische Planung im Zusammenhang mit der Errichtung der KWK-Dampfturbinenanlage. Die Planung dient der Werk- und Montageplanung, sowie der Ausführung des Loses Bautechnik. Der Leistungsumfang des AN umfasst sämtliche zur Ausführung erforderlichen Planungsleistungen der folgenden Leistungsbilder: • Objektplanung Gebäude, • Tragwerksplanung/ Ingenieurbauwerke, • Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) Anlagengruppe 1,2,3,6,7,8 • Freianlagen- Verkehrsanlagenplanung, • Ingenieurbauwerke (Infrastruktur), • Bauphysik, • Brandschutz.
