Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind die Leistungen Tragwerksplanung mit den LPH 5 + 6 sowie die Besondere Leistung der Ingenieurtechnischen Kontrolle für den Umbau und die Erweiterung der naturwissenschaftlichen Fachbereiche (Nawi) in einem bestehenden Schulgebäude (Haus 1, DDR-Typenbau). Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Schaffung von fünf neuen Fachkabinetten (Physik, Chemie, Biologie) inklusive Vorbereitungsräumen durch strukturelle Grundrissanpassungen (Raumzusammenlegungen) im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss. Zudem erfolgt die vollumfängliche Erneuerung der Ausstattung und Medienerschließung eines Bestandskabinetts. Die Umsetzung der Maßnahmen erfolgen im laufenden Betrieb der Schule. Die Leistungsphasen bis einschließlich der Genehmigungsplanung sind bereits abgeschlossen bzw. liegen vor. Der künftige Auftragnehmer wird mit den Leistungsphasen 5 + 6 gemäß § 51 HOAI sowie die Besondere Leistung der Ingenieurtechnischen Kontrolle gemäß Anlage 14 (zu § 51 Absatz 5, § 52 Absatz 2 HOAI) beauftragt. Die Beauftragung der Besonderen Leistungen erfolgt stufenweise. Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus dem Vertragsformular nebst Anlagen.
