Vertragsgegenstand ist die Anmietung von netzwerkfähigen Farb-Multifunktionsdruckern (MFD) sowie hiermit verbundene Lieferungen und Dienstleistungen, insbesondere die Bereitstellung einer Softwarelizenz für eine zentrale Drucklösung samt Managementsystem. Die Vergabe der Druckhardware und -software erfolgt zusammen, um technische Konflikte zwischen den Hardwarekomponenten der Geräte einerseits und der zentralen Drucklösung anderseits zu vermeiden. Dies begründet einen ausgeprägten Homogenisierungsgrad der Ausstattungsanforderungen der MFD. Näheres ist der Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen.
