L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le détail du phasage de l'opération et les missions confiées au titulaire figurent au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. La mission se déroule en 2 phases : - Une première phase préparatoire (mission à prix forfaitaire), dont l'objectif est d'aboutir à la définition d'un schéma directeur partagé et à la définition d'un plan de jalonnement - Une seconde phase de mise en oeuvre (mission à prix unitaire), qui consiste en l'assistance au maitre d'ouvrage dans la passation des marchés travaux nécessaires à la mise en place du plan de jalonnement, le suivi et la réception des travaux
