An 165 Versorgungstagen p.a. (gerechnet auf Basis einer 4 -Tage-Woche) sollen ca. 120 Kinder mit den Waren des Auftragnehmers versorgt werden. Eine Garantie über die Abnahmemenge gibt es nicht. Die geschätzten Essensteilnehmer dienen nur als Orientierungshilfe, die Abnahmemenge kann sich je nach Bedarf erhöhen oder verringern. Die Bewirtschaftung der Grundschule Speicher erfolgt in Eigenregie des Auftraggebers, d.h. Personal des Auftragnehmers zur „Endzubereitung“ der Mahlzeiten wird nicht benötigt. Die Zubereitung der Mahlzeiten erfolgt auf Basis eines sog. entkoppelten Systems (Cook & Freeze) und findet in der Mensa der Grundschule Speicher im Wege eines „Regenerationsvorgangs“ statt. Die Geräte zur Aufbereitung der Speisen, sowie die Geräte zum Lagern der gelieferten Speisen stellt der Auftraggeber und sind der Anlage „Geräteliste“ zu entnehmen.
