Le marché a pour objet la fourniture échelonnée de batteries de démarrage pour les véhicules de l’Agence. La liste des batteries reprise au Titre II, B prescriptions techniques/spécifiques n’est pas exhaustive ; l’Agence pourra également passer commande sur le catalogue du soumissionnaire. Le marché aura une durée de 2 ans à dater de la notification de son attribution. Le marché sera reconduit une fois pour une période de deux ans, sauf dénonciation par l’une des parties notifiée par lettre recommandée déposée à la poste au moins six mois avant la fin de la durée de 2 ans.
