Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η υγειονομική ταφή στο Χώρο Υγειονομικής Ταφής Απορριμμάτων (Χ.Υ.Τ.Α) Νοτίου Πηλίου, των πάσης φύσεως μη επικίνδυνων οικιακών και προσομοιούμενων προς αυτά στερεών αποβλήτων, των Δήμων Νοτίου Πηλίου και Ζαγοράς - Μουρεσίου, καθώς επίσης και των πάσης φύσεως απορριμμάτων οποιουδήποτε Δήμου, φυσικού ή Νομικού Προσώπου που δεν κατονομάζεται ρητά παραπάνω και θέλει να κάνει χρήση του χώρου, εφόσον έχει την έγκριση της υπηρεσίας
