Für die Preiswertung werden die vom jeweiligen Bieter im entsprechenden Preisblatt angegebenen Stundensätze für die Rollen -Projektleitung - Programmierleistungen und technische Beratung - First-Level-Support - Backend-Support herangezogen. Die Ermittlung des Angebotswertungspreises (P(Angebot)) erfolgt somit auf Basis der Angaben der Bieter im jeweiligen Preisblatt wie nachfolgend dargelegt: Ausgangsbasis sind die vom Bieter für die jeweiligen Rollen angegebenen Stundensätze. Aus diesen vier Stundensätzen wird ein einfacher Mittelwert gebildet. Der so ermittelte Durchschnittsstundensatz stellt den Wertungspreis des Angebots dar und wird für die Preiswertung herangezogen. Die Bewertung der Angebotswertungspreise erfolgt sodann nach der einfachen Interpolationsmethode. Für die Angebotswertung wird eine Maximalpunktzahl von 1100 Punkten festgelegt. Die Maximalpunktzahl erhält hierbei das jeweilige Angebot mit dem niedrigsten An-gebotswertungspreis. Die Punktzahl der Angebote mit den nächsthöheren Angebots-wertungspreisen wird sodann jeweils nach der Formel P(Angebot) = 1100 x Niedrigster Angebotswertungspreis/ Angebotswertungspreis des zu wertenden Angebots ermittelt — 40%
