Základním hodnotícím kritériem pro zadání veřejné zakázky je ve smyslu § 114 odst. 1 zákona ekonomická výhodnost nabídky. Ekonomická výhodnost nabídky bude hodnocena pouze na základě nejnižší nabídkové ceny v Kč bez DPH. Hodnotí se nabídková cena za předpokládané množství asfaltových směsí včetně dopravy ze stanoveného místa plnění (provozovny účastníka), zaokrouhlena na 2 desetinná místa, uvedená v Kč bez DPH, a to po dobu účinnosti rámcové dohody. Ekonomicky nejvýhodnějšími nabídkami na uzavření rámcové dohody jsou nabídky účastníků, které splnily podmínky zadavatele, byly vyhodnoceny jako ekonomicky nejvýhodnější a žádná z nejvyšších dojezdových vzdáleností z místa odběru do stanoveného místa uvedených v Příloze A1 nepřekročí 120 km (dojezd max. 3 hodiny) — 100%
