Le contrat est un accord-cadre avec maximum en valeur exécuté en fonction des besoins au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande. La durée du contrat est d'un an, renouvelable trois fois par tacite reconduction. Il sera attribué à un maximum de deux candidats, sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres. L'émission des bons de commande s'effectue, en fonction des nécessités d'entretien sans négociation ni remise en concurrence préalable des titulaires, selon des modalités prévues par l'accord-cadre. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. La valeur estimée figurant dans le présent avis correspond au montant maximum du contrat ; ce montant maximum comprend la totalité des périodes de reconduction
