Punctajul se acorda astfel: a) Pentru cel mai scazut dintre preturi se acorda punctajul maxim alocat; b) Pentru celelalte preturi ofertate punctajul P(n) se calculeaza proportional, astfel: P(n) = (Pret minim ofertat / Pret n) x punctaj maxim alocat30%

Algoritm de calcul: a) se acordă 10 de puncte pentru livrările directe fără niciun intermediar (de la producător la consumatorul final). Livrări directe fără intermediari” presupune că produsele alimentare (in functie de forma in care sunt solicitate acestea) vor fi livrate direct de la producători, procesatori, asociații de producători, respectiv organizații de producători, grupuri de producători b) se acordă 0 de puncte pentru unul sau mai multi intermediar/intermediari implicat/implicati în lanțul de aprovizionare Pentru demonstrarea factorului de evaluare “Lantul de aprovizionare” ofertantul/ofertantii va/vor depune dovada faptului ca este/sunt producatorul/producatorii produsului respectiv forma de colaborare cu producatorul produsului(contract de furnizare, orice forma de intelegere scrisa, semnata si stampilata intre producator si furnizorul care depune oferta)10%

Algoritm de calcul: - se acordă 10 de puncte pentru produsele care sunt livrate în ambalaje secundare și/sau de transport cu conținut reciclat în proporție de peste; Prin ambalaje secundare și/sau de transport se înțelege – (cutii carton, lăzi/navete plastic, folii plastic). - se acordă 0 puncte pentru produsele care sunt livrate în ambalaje secundare și/sau de transport cu conținut reciclat în proporție mai mica de; Prin ambalaje secundare și/sau de transport se înțelege – (cutii carton, lăzi/navete plastic, folii plastic). Pentru demonstrarea factorului de evaluare “Utilizare de ambalaje refolosibile” ofertantii vor depune o declaratie pe proprie raspundere cu privire la ambalajele utilizate. Demonstrarea celor declarate se va face la momentul livrarii10%
