Úspešná bude ponuka uchádzača, ktorý predloží verejnému obstarávateľovi najnižšiu cenu (1tona/mesiac) za predmet zákazky v EUR s daňou z pridanej hodnoty a ktorá sa umiestni na 1. mieste v poradí podľa stanoveného kritéria na vyhodnotenie ponúk. Poradie ostatných uchádzačov sa zostaví podľa výšky ponukovej ceny vzostupne od 2 po x, kde x je počet uchádzačov — 100%
