Zurzeit werden die, der Ausführungsphase vorgelagerten planerischen Leistungen der Lph 3-5-HOAI durch das Ingenieurbüro Fichtner Water & Transportation GmbH erbracht. Diese Leistungen umfassen (als Leistungsstufe 1 bezeichnet) sämtliche oben bezeichneten Leistungen bis zum Beginn der Aushubtätigkeiten des Erd-/Tiefbaus. Als Leistungsstufe 2, die Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist, sollen die folgenden Positionen erbracht werden: - Pos 1 - Bauphase bis Übergabe der Baugrubensohlen: Bodengutachtliche Leistungen (Gründung), - Pos 2 - Begleitung der Ausführung des AN Erdbau/Tiefbau (Baugrube): Entsorgungs-/ bzw. Stoffstrommanagement (Altlasten), - Pos 3 - Fachtechnische Begleitung nach Übergabe der Baugrubensohle -> Wasserhaltung, Rückbau des Verbaus und Leistungen des "Sachverständigen Wasserhaltung". Das Vorhaben wird aus öffentlichen Mitteln gefördert. Weitere Einzelheiten sind dem Dokument "Leistungsumfang" zu entnehmen. Leistungszeit: Die Ausführungszeiten sind von Anfang des 2. Quartals 2027 bis Dezember 2031 geplant. Die Bodengutachterlichen Leistungen und das Entsorgungs-/Stoffstrommanagement sind entsprechend dem Baufortschritt zu erbringen.
