Predmetom tejto zákazky je ,,Modernizácia tepelného hospodárstva MsBP Nové Mesto nad Váhom“ ktorá pozostáva z kompletnej modernizácie súčasnej sústavy CTZ mesta Nové Mesto nad Váhom. Rozsah realizácie diela tvoria všetky výkony, dodávky a práce, ktoré sú potrebné pre riadne splnenie zmluvného záväzku vrátane všetkých súvisiacich činností (napr. zabezpečenie splnenia požiadaviek požiarnej ochrany, bezpečnosti a ochrany zdravia pri práci) tak, aby dielo bolo plne funkčné a bolo vykonané v súlade s príslušnými technologickými predpismi, STN, projektovou dokumentáciou, a právnymi predpismi.
