Die Durchführung von elektrischen Betriebsmittelprüfungen nach DGUV V3 (Ortsveränderliche Betriebsmittel) wird als Rahmenvertrag ausgeschrieben und beginnt mit Erteilung des Zuschlagesvoraussichtlich im Q3 2026 und läuft zunächst bis zum 31.12.2027. Der AG kann optional den Auftrag 2-mal um 12 Monate und 1x um 6 Monate verlängern bis zu einer maximalen Laufzeit von 4 Jahren (Q3.2030.) Dies zeigt der AG innerhalb der letzten 6 Wochen vor dem möglichen Vertragsende dem AN schriftlich an. Einer gesonderten Kündigung bedarf es nicht. Abrufberechtigt aus diesem Vertrag, mit allen seinen Leistungen ist ebenfalls die FAIR GmbH. Die FAIR GmbH dient hierbei als eigener Auftraggeber mit eigenem Bestellvorgang und Rechnungslegungsprozedere.
