Aanbestedende dienst wil, mede namens de Deelnemende dienst, een Overeenkomst sluiten met één marktpartij die gedurende de looptijd verantwoordelijk is voor de levering van Disposables. De onder de Overeenkomst af te nemen geraamde waarde is: € 5.500.000,- inclusief btw. Daarnaast wil Defensie binnen deze Overeenkomst de mogelijkheid hebben om, in het kader van nood (hoofdtaak 1), extra disposables aan te schaffen tot maximaal 300% van de geraamde waarde. De maximale waarde van de Overeenkomst bedraagt een totaalbedrag van € 16.500.000,- inclusief btw. Dit bedrag is inclusief opslagkosten, voor het geval er ook een fysieke noodvoorraad moet worden aangelegd bij Leverancier.
