Das Bauvorhaben umfasst den Neubau einer Grundschule mit einer Bruttogrundfläche von rund 3.000 m² einschließlich der zugehörigen Außenanlagen sowie die Sanierung der bestehenden Sporthalle. Die Bauleistungen sollen auf Basis einer Genehmigungsplanung inkl. einer funktionalen Bauleistungsbeschreibung sowie Leitdetails der Ausführungsplanung angeboten werden. Der Auftragnehmer hat auf Grundlage von bereits erstellten Planungsunterlagen alle erforderlichen Planungs- und Bauleistungen für die gebrauchsfertige Errichtung des Neubaus einschließlich aller Außenanlagen sowie die Wartung innerhalb der verlängerten Gewährleistungsfrist einschließlich der Einregelung der technischen Anlagen zu erbringen. Zum Leistungsumfang gehört zudem der Abbruch der Bestandsgebäude. Die Vergütung der Planungs- und Bauleistungen erfolgt in Abschlagszahlungen nach Baufortschritt. Die Wartungs- und Einregelungspauschalen werden separat in den Folgejahren vergütet. Die Leistungen werden als Gesamtvergabe an einen Total- bzw.
