Le présent marché porte sur l'élaboration, la diffusion et l'évaluation d'une campagne de sensibilisation sur la fast fashion. La campagne s’adresse aux jeunes âgés de 15 à 25 ans et vise à les sensibiliser aux conséquences négatives de la surconsommation de fast fashion et à les encourager à adopter un comportement plus durable en matière d’habillement. Il s'agit notamment d'élaborer une stratégie, un concept créatif, de développer du matériel de communication, d'assurer la diffusion de ce matériel et de procéder à une évaluation. L'achat d'espaces médiatiques et les éventuelles collaborations avec des partenaires (par exemple avec des influenceurs) doivent être inclus dans l'offre.
