Het op afroep voorzien in gekwalificeerd Onderwijs Ondersteunend Personeel op uitzend- en detacheringsbasis voor het (bekostigd) onderwijs van Yonder. Binnen deze overeenkomst zullen met name surveillanten, baliemedewerkers en administratief medewerkers (tot en met schaal 8) worden afgeroepen. De omvang van de opdracht is afgelopen jaren divers geweest. De maximale omvang van de opdracht wordt gesteld op € 1.500.000 inclusief btw. Aan dat bedrag kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. De nadruk van de omvang (50% tot 60%) ligt bij de inzet van surveillanten.
