1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest nadzór przyrodniczy w zakresie czynnej ochrony nietoperzy w zakresie czynnej ochrony nietoperzy, niezbędny do prawidłowego wykonania prac realizowanych w ramach inwestycji, tj. bez szkody dla nietoperzy. 2. Zadaniem nadzoru będzie ścisła współpraca z Zamawiającym i Wykonawcą modernizacji oświetlenia przy ustalaniu istotnych dla nietoperzy szczegółów planowanych prac oraz stałe monitorowanie ich przebiegu. Konieczne będą liczne wizje terenowe. Po zakończeniu prac zadaniem nadzoru będzie ich zaopiniowanie i odbiór. 3. Budynek kościoła jest zabytkiem wpisanym do rejestru zabytków wraz najbliższym otoczeniem w obrębie ogrodzenia 4. Szczegóły zakresu przedmiotu niniejszego zamówienia precyzuje Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ – Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ).
