Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för kemiska produkter för rökgas- och vattenrening. Produkterna används inom VA-verksamhet, energiproduktion och därmed förenlig industriell verksamhet hos Sinfras medlemmar. Ramavtalet omfattar bland annat kemikalier inom följande produktområden: • Desinfektion och oxidation • pH-justering och neutralisering • Biologiska processer och näring • Mjukning och jonbyte • Karbonater och kolbaserade kemikalier • Lukt- och skumreduktion • Aktivt kol • Rökgasrening • Värme- och processbärare • Övriga kemikalier för rökgas- och vattenrening enligt produktförteckningen Ramavtalet omfattar inte fällningskemikalier, koaguleringskemikalier, flockningskemikalier eller polymerer. Kalkbaserade processkemikalier som omfattas av Sinfras separata kalkramavtal ingår inte heller i denna upphandling. Natriumkarbonat och natriumbikarbonat omfattas dock av detta ramavtal. Ramavtalet upphandlas av Sinfra för Sinfras medlemmar. Avrop sker genom förnyad konkurrensutsättning (FKU), där den avropande medlemmen specificerar produkt, koncentration, förpackningsform, leveransvolym, leveransfrekvens samt övriga krav för det aktuella behovet. Inga volymer garanteras. Avrop sker utifrån medlemmarnas faktiska behov under ramavtalsperioden.
