Das Leistungsbild - Schadstoffgutachter umfasst die folgenden Aufgaben 1. Die Aufgabe Schadstofferkundung: - umfasst das stichprobenartige Untersuchen auf Gebäudeschadstoffe, das Entnehmen von Materialproben inkl. Laboranalyse als auch die abschließende Bewertung inkl. Handlungsempfehlung und Erstellen einer Kostenübersicht. Darüber hinaus können eine baubegleitende Schadstofferkundung und die Überwachung einer fachgerechten Entsorgung erforderlich sein. 2. Die Aufgabe Innenraumluftmessung: - umfasst die Inspektion der vorhandenen Lüftungsanlagen, das Erstellen eines Messplans, die Einweisung des Personals in die Benutzung der Messgeräte als auch die gesundheitliche Bewertung der übermittelten Messdaten inkl. Handlungsempfehlung. 3. Beratung bei der Planung von Bauvorhaben beim Einsatz von örtlich verfügbaren Bauprodukten im Hinblick auf Schadstoffe
