Gegenstand der Leistung ist die regelmäßige Auflockerung und Verflüssigung der Sedimente (Fluid Mud) mittels Injektionstechnik, um die Schiffbarkeit der Hafenbereiche sicherzustellen. Die Maßnahmen sollen voraussichtlich einmal im Monat für eine Woche durchgeführt werden. Hinzu kommen Einzelaufträge im Vorhafen der Dockschleuse.
