Lot 1 : Mobilier Scolaire Maternel et Elémentaire Le lot est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire de fournitures traité à prix mixtes avec : • Une part forfaitaire pour la dotation initiale en mobilier du groupe scolaire • Une part à bons de commande, pour acquérir des mobiliers additionnels ou complémentaires, sur la base de prix unitaires et forfaitaires en application des articles R.2162-2 et R.2162-4 du Code de la Commande publique. Cette part à bons de commande est sans montant minimum mais avec un montant maximum de 150 000 HT, sur la durée du marché. Le marché prend effet à compter de sa date de notification pour une durée de dix-huit (18) mois. Date prévisionnelle de démarrage de la prestation : Le plus tôt possible pour passer les premières commandes en octobre 2026 pour des livraisons à partir de fin décembre 2026.
