Upphandlingen avser ett (1) fabriksnytt ledningsfordon i form av en minibuss som ska verka inom RTÖG:s verksamhetsområde. Fordonet ska vara avsett för att användas vid utryckningstjänst vid olika typer av räddningsinsatser. Fordonet ska byggas enligt relevanta gällande svenska normer, regler och standarder och levereras besiktigat och godkänt som utryckningsfordon enligt svenska Transportstyrelsens gällande regler och riktlinjer. Fordonet ska kunna transportera 5 personer inklusive förare på en bred skala av uppdrag i varierad terräng, miljö och olika väder.
