Le marché est un accord-cadre à bon de commande et à marchés subséquents, sans minimum, en application : -des articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique, l'accord-cadre donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande ; -des articles R. 2162-2 et R. 2162-3 du code de la commande publique, l'accord-cadre est exécuté au moyen de marchés subséquents avec un maximum de 3 opérateurs économiques, sous réserve d'un nombre d'offres régulières suffisant.
