Předmětem veřejné zakázky je výměna stávající technologie prádelny a kuchyně za novou, s tím souvisí nutnost povedení oprav nebo vybudování nových částí technických rozvodů uvnitř objektu (vodovod, připojení na elektrickou energii, rozvody topné vody, odvod vzduchu, napojení na kanalizaci a rozvody prací chemie). Předmět veřejné zakázky rovněž zahrnuje dodávku a instalaci vzduchotechnického vybavení a osvětlování prostorů kuchyně a prádelny, využití energie teplé odpadní vody, využití energie horkého odpadního vzduchu, nové parokondezátní hospodářství atd.).
