accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commandes portant sur la fourniture (incluant la livraison la livraison, l'intégration, le paramétrage, les essais et la formation sur l'utilisation et la maintenance préventive et curative de 1er niveau) de projecteurs scéniques LED et d'équipements associés ; la description des prestations attendues figure dans le CCTP. L'accord-cadre est prévu pour une durée initiale d'un (1) an, reconductible deux (2) fois par tacite reconduction, pour une durée supplémentaire d'un (1) an, sans pouvoir excéder une durée maximale de trois (3) ans. L'accord-cadre est prévu sans minimum, mais avec un maximum en valeur, établi comme suit : sur la période initiale de l'accord-cadre : 300 000 euros HT maximum ; sur les périodes de reconduction (toutes périodes confondues) : 100 000 euros HT maximum.
