Ce marché de conception réalisation, est lancé en application des dispositions des articles L2171-2 et R2171-15 à R2171-22 du code de la commande publique, afin de réhabiliter et d’étendre un bâtiment existant avec un objectif d’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique de la réhabilitation et l’atteinte d’objectifs optimisés pour la partie extension neuve (suivants objectifs à l’article 4.3.4 du présent RC) rendant nécessaire l’association de l’entrepreneur aux études de l’ouvrage. Cette atteinte d’objectifs de performances énergétiques sera vérifiée au terme de l’opération et donnera lieu à l’application de dispositions contractuelles.
