La commune d’Auray a engagé la construction d’une cuisine centrale municipale destinée à la production de repas pour les besoins de la restauration collective communale. La livraison du bâtiment est programmée pour la fin du mois de juin 2026, avec une mise en service prévue à compter de la rentrée scolaire du 1er septembre 2026. Le présent marché a pour objet les prestations de fabrication et de livraison de repas réalisées dans la cuisine centrale municipale de la ville d’Auray, avec mise à disposition de personnel, comprenant : - La fabrication sur place et la livraison de repas en liaison chaude pour les restaurants scolaires et les accueils de loisirs municipaux, ainsi que la fourniture des goûters ; - La fabrication sur place et la livraison de repas en liaison froide pour le portage à domicile.
