Wykonawca uwzględniając wszystkie wymogi zawarte w niniejszym SWZ, powinien w cenie brutto uwzględnić ewentualne oferowane upusty, koszty ubezpieczenia, podatku VAT, oraz wszystkie inne nie wymienione, niezbędne do realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia. Cena musi być podana w złotych polskich z dokładności do dwóch miejsc po przecinku. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do wypełnienia formularza ofertowego i określenia w nim ceny brutto. Jeżeli zostanie złożona oferta, której wybór prowadziłby do powstania u zamawiającego obowiązku podatkowego zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 11 marca 2004 r. o podatku od towarów i usług (Dz. U. z 2018 r. poz. 2174, z późn. zm.), dla celów zastosowania kryterium ceny lub kosztu zamawiający dolicza do przedstawionej w tej ofercie ceny kwotę podatku od towarów i usług, którą miałby obowiązek rozliczyć. Kryterium: cena – znaczenie 100 pkt Liczba punktów jaką można uzyskać w kryterium cena, obliczona zostanie na podstawie następują-cego wzoru: X = Cmin/Co x 100 pkt. gdzie: X – wartość punktowa ocenianego kryterium C min – najniższa cena ze złożonych ofert Co – cena ocenianej oferty Wykonawca może uzyskać maksymalnie 100 pkt — 100%
