Ordregiver ønsker at anskaffe en rammeaftale vedr. forsikringsmæglerydelser med én leverandør. Forsikringsmægler skal helt overordnet yde rådgivning vedrørende alle forsikringsforhold, herunder forsikringstekniske forhold, uddannelsesmæssige ønsker, skader, eventuelle krav der måtte blive rejst mod Energinet, gennemføre EU-udbud af forsikringer og udarbejde risiko- og forsikringsanalyser. I udførelsen af sine opgaver skal forsikringsmægler desuden sikre kobling og skabe synergi mellem forsikring og Enterprise Risk Management, hvor det er muligt. For yderligere information om den udbudte anskaffelse henvises der til Bilag 2 Ydelsesbeskrivelsen. For yderligere detaljer vedrørende anskaffelsen henvises til de tilhørende bilag. Den udbudte rammeaftale har en løbetid på 3 år. Rammeaftalen kan forlænges i 2 x 12 måneder. Rammeaftalens værdi forventes at udgøre 12.000.000 DKK Forbruget kan alene anses som et estimat, og er som følge heraf ikke forpligtende for Ordregiver. Ordregiver har ret, men ikke pligt, til at købe de af rammeaftalen omfattede ydelser hos den valgte tilbudsgiver, jf. rammeaftalens pkt. 1.3
