Bei der Maßnahme handelt es sich um den Neubau des Rathauses in Fahrenzhausen. Der Neubau besteht aus drei Bauteilen: dem eingeschossigen Sitzungssaal im Norden an der B13, dem anschließenden, eingeschossigen Verbindungsbau (Foyer), sowie dem dreigeschossigen Verwaltungsgebäude im Süden. In Zahlen: Grundstücksbereich Neubau: ca. 2.500 m² / Grundfläche: ca. 770 m² / BGF: ca. 1.730 m² / Nutzfläche: ca. 865 m² / umbauter Raum ca. 6.655 m³. Dieses Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst folgende Leistungen: Trockenbauwände und Vorsatzschalen ca. 1528m2, GK-Decken ca. 122m2, Akustik GK-Decken ca. 645,5m2, Innenverkleidung Steildach ca. 520 m2, Akustikwandpaneelsystem in Besprechungsräumen ca. 38m2, Akustikabsorber im Technikraum Sitzung ca. 23m2, Holzakustikdecke Sitzungssaal ca. 170m2, Akustikwandverkleidung Holzpaneele Sitzungssaal ca. 111m2.
