Pozostałe proporcjonalnie mniej, według formuły: Cn=Cmin./C bad. x 60 pkt, gdzie:C n - ilość punktów oferty badanej w kryterium C, C min - najniższa cena (brutto) spośród wszystkich złożonych ofert podlegających ocenie (niepodlegających odrzuceniu), C bad.- cena (brutto) oferty badanej (ocenianej), 60 pkt - wskaźnik stały, waga kryterium; c) Podstawą przyznania punktów w kryterium „cena” będzie cena ofertowa brutto podana przez Wykonawcę w Formularzu Ofertowym, d) Cena ofertowa brutto musi uwzględniać wszelkie koszty jakie Wykonawca poniesie w związku z realizacją przedmiotu zamówienia — 60%
