Zur Umsetzung der EU-WRRL ist die biologische Qualitätskomponente Makrophyten & Phytobenthos mit ihren drei bewertungsrelevanten Teilkomponenten Makrophyten, Diatomeen und sonstiges Phytobenthos in ihren Arten und Abundanzen an repräsentativen Fließgewässermessstellen zu erfassen sowie die an den Messstellen angetroffene Standortphysiographie zu dokumentieren. Die Leistung umfasst die selbständige Probenahme, die Aufarbeitung der Proben und Bestimmung der Arten im Labor, die digitale Datenerfassung und Auswertung mit dem PHYLIB-Tool und Experten-bewertung für den Gesamtzustand und die drei Teilkomponenten. Nähere Angaben sind den Vergabeunterlagen (Leistungsbeschreibung nebst Anlagen) zu entnehmen.
