Le marché a pour objet pour objet la conception et la mise en œuvre d’une campagne de publicité du programme Lait et Fruits à l’École. En effet, ce programme européen soutient la distribution de fruits et légumes et/ou de lait et de produits laitiers aux enfants, dans les établissements scolaires, de la maternelle au lycée. Il a pour objectif d’encourager les enfants à adopter des comportements alimentaires plus sains dès leur plus jeune âge. Il participe à mieux faire connaître, les filières et les produits agricoles et agroalimentaires, en particulier sous signes d’identification de la qualité et de l’origine (SIQO).
