Икономически най-изгодната оферта се определя въз основа на критерий за възлагане: „Най-ниска цена“. Участник, предложил най-ниска обща цена за изпълнение, се класира на първо място. Общата цена за изпълнение се формира от сбора на предложените общи стойности на всички резервни части за всяка машина, включена в Образец „Ценови таблици“. Общата стойност на всички резервни части за всяка машина се получава след сумирането на предложените общи цени за всяка част, формирана след умножаване на съответната единична цена по прогнозното количество. Тъй като критерият за възлагане е най-ниска цена, когато тази цена се предлага в две или повече оферти, изпълнителят се определя в системата чрез жребий
