Perkančioji organizacija (Kauno kultūros centras) numato įsigyti apšvietimo įrangos nuomą bei šios įrangos techninio aptarnavimo paslaugas, skirtas renginių organizavimui Kauno mieste. Renginių apšvietimo įranga bei jos aptarnavimo paslaugos privalo atitikti specialiųjų pirkimo sąlygų 8 priede „Techninė specifikacija“ nurodytus reikalavimus. Perkančioji organizacija taip pat numato galimybę išsinuomoti Techninėje specifikacijoje nenurodytą, tačiau tai pačiai arba panašiai apšvietimo įrangos grupei priskirtiną įrangą (pvz. kitokie šviesų prožektoriai, konstrukcijos, valdymo pultai ir pan.), jeigu tokios įrangos nuoma ir techninis aptarnavimas yra būtini tinkamam renginio apšvietimui užtikrinti.
