Die Wärmeversorgung erfolgt über einen neuen Fernwärmeanschluss mit Übergabestation im UG Bauteil D; die Warmwasserbereitung für die Küche sowie für die Duschen im Sanitärbereich der Turnhalle übernehmen dezentrale Frischwasserstationen mit einem 2.000-l-Pufferspeicher. Die Wärmeverteilung erfolgt über zwei Verteiler mit je vier Regelgruppen, als Raumheizflächen kommen Fußbodenheizung (Trockenestrich, Fliesestrich, Schwingboden), Gliederheizkörper, Bankradiatoren und Hygieneflachheizkörper zum Einsatz. Ergänzend ist eine zentrale Kälteanlage mit luftgekühltem Kaltwassersatz und Deckenkühlern in Technikräumen sowie einer optionalen Fußbodentemperierung bei PV-Überschuss geplant; für zwei Bauphasen ist zudem eine Winterbauheizung vorgesehen.
