1. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia: 1.1. W ramach zamówienia podstawowego Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do 1.1.1. świadczenia usługi wsparcia technicznego dla Systemu; 1.1.2. świadczenia asysty technicznej na podstawie zleceń otrzymanych od Zamawiającego, w liczbie do 2 000 roboczogodzin. 1.2. Realizacja usług, o których mowa w pkt 1.1., odbywać się będzie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w § 4 projektu umowy stanowiącego Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
