Der Rahmenvertrag wird mit bis zu 3 Wirtschaftsteilnehmern abgeschlossen. Die Beauftragung der Einzelabrufe erfolgt nach dem Kaskadenprinzip.

Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal vier Jahren abgeschlossen.
