De aan te besteden opdracht is de levering van de sanitaire voorzieningen inclusief dienstverlening. Onder de dienstverlening wordt verstaan dat de leverancier garandeert dat de apparatuur en de gebruiks- en verbruiksartikelen optimaal op elkaar zijn afgestemd, waardoor storingen worden voorkomen en de voorraad en afname geruisloos op elkaar aansluiten. Opdrachtnemer zorgt ervoor dat alle locaties voorzien worden van de juiste instructies gedurende de implementatieperiode met betrekking tot het navullen van de dispensers. De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst is € 3.000.000,- voor de gehele looptijd.
