El objeto del presente contrato es la prestación integral del servicio de alimentación en el Hospital de Manacor, que incluye tanto la atención alimentaria a pacientes como los servicios de cafetería y restauración dirigidos al público general y al personal del Hospital, incluyendo específicamente la cobertura de las necesidades alimentarias del personal en turno de guardia. Asimismo, se contempla la disponibilidad para la realización de servicios especiales vinculados a la actividad de restauración, conforme a las necesidades que puedan surgir en el ámbito hospitalario. La ejecución del servicio deberá ajustarse a los requerimientos técnicos establecidos en el presente pliego, así como a lo dispuesto en el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares y demás normativa aplicable.
