De opdracht betreft de aankoop van nieuwe verzekeringspolissen. Volgende verzekeringsproducten vallen onder deze overeenkomst: • de wettelijke dekking arbeidsongevallen conform wet 10 april 1971 • de aanvullende waarborg excedent • de aanvullende waarborg privé-leven • ongevallendekking voor de leden van het bestuursorgaan en de algemene vergadering. De looptijd van de overeenkomst bedraagt (2)twee jaar. De overeenkomst kan (4) vier maal verlengd worden voor een periode van (1) één jaar. De aanvangsdatum van de polissen is voorzien op 01 januari 2027.
